Happy Anniversary AND Rain Station MEEEEOOOOSICK

Happy Saturday everyone!

This IS a happy Saturday for me as I am celebrating the seven year anniversary of my first date with my wife. That's right...seven years ago on August 14th my wife agreed to going out on a date with me. Nice.

I am so happy she said yes (to the date) and am so happy we've been together since (she said yes to the proposal as well). I am truly a blessed man. I'm looking forward to going out to dinner with her tonight (a kid free evening!).

Speaking of blessings...I get to record music from time to time with my best friend, Jay. It has been some time since I was last at Jay's place - July 17th to be exact (yikes!). While I was over there I laid down a vocal track for "You've Got A Lot To Give The World"...download the track here (this is a rough mix). I also laid down bass and two guitar tracks for another song (here) and I'm in the process of writing some lyrics to record next time I'm over at Jay's place. I'm hoping to get over there sooner rather than later.
