a little light indoor decorating...October 8th, 2025

Greetings,

Today I did a little light indoor decorating.  I usually like to have it done earlier than the 8th of October, but that didn't happen. Outdoor decorating started in September when my wife put a few items out in the yard.  After that, bit by bit, more things were added. I like to add new things to the front yard as the month goes on.  The kids have fun coming home from school and seeing a new ghoul or pumpkin set up somewhere in the yard. 

Both of my younger kids got involved with bringing things up, setting things up and enjoying the process.  I am far from done, but starting the project is always the hardest part. We had Halloween music playing on the speakers and Scooby Doo on the TV.

Later tonight my son and I watched a cool pumpkin carving show to get into the spirit. We'll probably watch the series as it is so cool to see the artistry and creativity these folks bring to the Season.
