October always move so quickly. I wish it could move at half speed (October 2nd, 2024)

Greetings and salutations,

Well, I'm back at it and hoping to be able to provide some new content this year and not just copy and paste previous year's blog posts (yeah, I've done that). Maybe I'm only writing to you...maybe there are three of you.  I figure there's at least one person and even if I'm the only one that reads this in the future...that's OK. 

The month of October always speeds by. I realized yesterday that I needed to start playing my Halloween music playlist. I know I can get away with it for a month and I need to take full advantage of that. 

I started decorating this year in early September.  I usually don't ghoul out the house until October hits.  Yesterday local temperatures hit over 100 degrees so I decided not to subject my ghouls to the weather. Today the temperatures stayed the same so I'll wait until the weather is a little more friendly to my decorations. 

My younger daughter took on a task to sort all of my movies and now we have a nice selection of movies that play best during the month of October.  I hope to be able to watch many of them and report back.  It's been awhile since I've watched many of them.  I prefer classic monster movies. I'm not a slasher or gore kinda guy.  Give me old dead - pumpkins - ghouls - and the like.  That's a good time.  I hope you stop by and read on a daily basis.  I've be happy to give you a code for a free download of a track or two of my music.  Let's toast to a GREAT OCTOBER!
