Happy Holidays from Mark Harvey's World
Greetings and salutations,
Each year I make compilation CDs for Halloween and Christmas. This was the first year (in many, many years) I did not make a Halloween CD. I fought this, but eventually gave up as time was not on my side and the pressure I put on myself to get it done wasn't healthy. I missed recording a new Halloween track too so overall this Halloween season did not live up to my expectations. I had been in a funk already, but this failure (in my eyes) really sunk me.
This has been a rough year for me anyhow. My torn bicep tendon hasn't healed as I had hoped so I had a second surgery in August. My arm still isn't healed from surgery #2 and my overall outlook has been pretty dim for quite some time. I've been at home with this injury for too long and their doesn't seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel.
As I passed through Halloween and on to Thanksgiving I decided I HAD to make the Christmas CD this year...I just had to. This would be my 19th Christmas compilation CD - something I give to my friends and family each year - something everyone is fairly happy to receive whether it is via download or a physical copy of the CD.
Giving the gift of music - whether my own or someone else's is part of who I am. Sharing music is something that cheers me up. I hope receiving this cheers you up too.
Here's the link to the 19th edition of The Harvey Family Christmas CD - 2017...
Click here (or above - "link")...download and enjoy!
I'd love to hear from folks who've downloaded and had a chance to listen to this year's CD. Your Holiday greetings would mean a lot to me.
Merry Christmas,
Mark Harvey
