Halloween At Disneyland

About Disney's HalloweenTime:

In Disneyland® Park, you’ll enter a world filled with gobs of grinning jack-o’-lanterns, including a gigantic one resembling a certain famous mouse! And speaking of Mickey, he and some of his pals will be here too, all dressed up to greet you in their Halloween costumes. After you collect their autographs (and snap a few photos), mosey on over to Big Thunder Ranch and join everybody’s favorite sheriff from the Disney's Pixar “Toy Story” films for Woody’s Halloween Roundup, a surefire, yeehaw-loween good time, where little ones can listen to toe-tappin’ tunes and tall tales, decorate spooky-kooky cookies and see real animals at the Petting Boo.While you’re in the neighborhood, creep on over to Haunted Mansion Holiday and find out what happens when Halloween and Christmas collide, courtesy of Jack Skellington (a.k.a. Sandy Claws) and his ex-scream makeover crew!Across the esplanade, in Disney’s California Adventure® Park, a new crop of candy corn is popping up...WAY UP! Everywhere in the all-new Candy Corn Acres. You’ve never seen this favorite fall treat like this before! Over at the Golden Screams Theater, the Disney Villains are gathering for a celebration of their greatest movie moments and to pose with their fans on the black carpet. Feeling extra brave? Then drop in for a frightfully good time at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ and get to know its spooky staff.Don’t miss your chance to start a festive fall tradition! Bring the whole family; mummy, daddy, boys and ghouls to the Disneyland® Resort for Disney’s HalloweenTime during The Year of a Million Dreams! The Twilight Zone® is a registered trademark of CBS, Inc., and is used with permission pursuant to a license from CBS, Inc.
Jack Skellington and Haunted Mansion Holiday are inspired by Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.”Click here for more information on the Disneyland Resorts in Anaheim!

In 1996 I visted Disneyland for Halloween - then called Mickey's Halloween Treat. After that season they closed it down due to (what I heard) was "problems" with the element the event was bringing into the park. I am so happy to see they're having this event as there truly is no better place on Earth to spend Halloween. This picture was taken in 1996 in New Orleans Square.

Good times!
