I enjoyed the Fleshrot: Songs of the Dead album the most of the three, especially the tracks
Insatiable Hunger (kind of Garbage-style vocals) , Misty Graves (a true hard rock rock classic), and I also enjoyed the ambient cuts Family Plot, Zombies, and Nightmare which would be great for a Haunted House party background.
I enjoyed the FLESHROT: Songs from the Dead most out of the 3 choices; especially the songs Insatiable Hunger, Misty Graves, and Day of the Dead. I also like the ambient sounds of Zombies, and Nightmare.
