October...Day Nineteen...

Greetings and salutations,

On Saturday night I set up a little Halloween display for a drive-in movie at my kids' school.

Since the audience was going to be a mix of ages I decided to only bring out my pumpkins, pumpkin guys and scarecrows.

I didn't have much time to get it all put up and arranged. The wind made it a little rough with the backdrops, but with some help from another Dad we were able to batten down the backdrops and create a fun little display.

Unfortunately there wasn't any electricity, but even without lights it looked good.

The event featured a pumpkin carving contest and the movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas".

It had been a long time since I had been at a "drive-in" movie.  The kids had a good time.
